- One seat is one active person in the app, cleaner or manager. Both count the same.
- Plans count who is active right now, not how many people you employed over the year.
- When someone leaves, deactivate their profile. The seat is free for the next hire at no extra charge.
- Each plan has its own storage cap, from 5 GB on Solo Operator up to unlimited on Enterprise Fleet Suite.
- Cross 5 GB on Solo Operator and you get a 7-day grace period to clear space or move up to Growth Team ($129/mo).
- To stay on your plan, add storage at $10 / month per additional 10 GB.
- Or press Archive & Download. It saves your old photos and records to your own computer and takes your storage back to 0 GB.
