The Three Money Questions, Answered
Do our 1099 independent contractors and W-2 employees have to pay to use the app?
No. You are billed a flat rate for each administrator or manager seat, and nothing else. Your field workers, employees and independent contractors both, download the mobile app and use it free, with no cap on how many of them do.
What counts as an admin seat?
An admin seat is one login for a person who runs work from the office side: building schedules, assigning checklists, reviewing and approving photos, adjusting supply counts, or reading the reports. Owners, managers, supervisors and QA inspectors all sit here. A cleaner working a checklist on a phone does not.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
The plan is the same either way. Paying for a year up front lowers the monthly rate on every seat: Essentials from $29 to $24, Professional from $69 to $55, and Enterprise from $149 to $119. You settle which term suits you on the demo call.
